Awaed Kuwait Real Estate Appraisals and Property Management Company was established in 1999 to provide professional real estate appraisal services that meet the needs of individuals and companies. We offer a diverse range of real estate services. We have resources that monitor price movements across Kuwait, enabling us to participate in real estate appraisals. We have a team of certified experts in the field of real estate appraisal, ensuring accurate and reliable services.
At Awad Kuwait Real Estate Appraisal Company, we work on the standards, requirements, and conditions for all appraisal work, including determining appraisal terms, value bases, appraisal methods and techniques, and preparing reports, so that they are applicable to the appraisal of all assets and for any appraisal purpose. At Awad Kuwait Real Estate Appraisal Company, we apply the international appraisal standards approved by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), an independent, non-profit organization working to develop the appraisal profession and raise its quality.
